Kai Shun santoku knife - scalloped 0718 - 18cm
The Kai Shun santoku knife is the Japanese version of the chef's knife. Traditionally is used for three tasks: chopping, dicing, and mincing. The wide blade works well for scooping sliced food off a cutting board and the narrow spine allows thinly slicing meat and vegetables.
The knife has grooves allowing effective separation of food from the blade when cutting.Not recommended to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
