Use this tool to cut strips of fondant or emboss patterns on fondant or gum paste. Three detachable wheels - straight, wavy and ridged, attach to the end of the handle.

To cut strips, use the straight-edge cutting wheel and roll the wheel along a ruler to cut perfect strips.
For embossing, attach one of the two patterened wheels, and roll the wheel along the fondant in any direction. The wheels create great-looking dots or waves to give your fondant cake terrific texture.

NB: This set may be from D-line or KitchenCraft.  Both sets have exactly the same tools, the combinations may differ between brands.
