Arcos knives have been made in Albacete, Spain since 1745. For enhanced strength and hardness (Rockwell hardness of 56) Arcos Classica knives are made using forged NSF certified German stainless steel with nitrogen carbon molybdenum-vanadium (NITRUM stainless steel). Anti-stain, easy to sharpen & will hold their edge longer that most other knives. Arcos knives have a deeper width and a finer cutting edge than competitive brands, making them lighter and allowing a more effective slicing result every time. Their generously sized handles are tightly sealed & moisture resistant polyoxymethylene with a full tang & stainless steel alloy rivets.
