Arcos knives have been made in Albacete, Spain since 1745.  For enhanced strength and hardness (Rockwell hardness of 56) Arcos Classica knives are made ​​using forged NSF certified German stainless steel with nitrogen carbon molybdenum-vanadium (NITRUM stainless steel).  Anti-stain, easy to sharpen & will hold their edge longer that most other knives.  Arcos knives have a deeper width and a finer cutting edge than competitive brands, making them lighter and allowing a more effective slicing result every time. Their generously sized handles are tightly sealed & moisture resistant polyoxymethylene with a full tang & stainless steel alloy rivets.
