Cake Craft Titanium Dioxide (E171) is a water soluble mineral based food colouring used to achieve a brilliant brighter white in fondant, royal icing, white chocolate and buttercream.
You can make a liquid paste by adding a drop or two of water to some powder or you can mix powder straight into your dry product and knead through.
